When the flow rate of packaged fertilizer changes, manual adjustments often fail to respond promptly and accurately. This may lead to waste of coating powder and film-forming oil, as well as compromise the quality of the final product. To address this issue, our company has developed a complete Automatic Anti-caking Agent Dosing Control System. This integrated system comprises a Coating Oil Heating Tank, plunger metering pumps, a screw powder applicator, a coating machine, and a belt scale. Operated via a fully automated controller, the touchscreen interface dynamically regulates the dosage of coating powder and film-forming oil based on the real-time flow rate of the packaged fertilizer. This enables automatic synchronization of powder and oil dosing with fluctuations in fertilizer flow, ensuring precise and stable proportional blending of coating materials with the finished product.
