Internal & External Coating Colorant
Product Description
Model: DH-ZS
This product is specifically formulated for the internal dyeing and external coating of fertilizers such as organic fertilizers, high-tower fertilizers, and drum granulation compound fertilizers. It provides an anti-caking effect while uniformly coloring the surface of fertilizer particles, resulting in an even and glossy appearance.
Application
This product is applied an oil-powder blending method. The anti-caking oil and anti-caking coating colorant are added in proportion to achieve both anti-caking performance and a more uniform, bright coating on the particles, thereby enhancing product quality. The recommended dosage for external coating is 2–3 kg per ton. For internal dyeing, the suggested dosage is 300–500 g. The product must be stored in a dry and cool place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. During transportation, it is advisable not to mix or store it with other goods.
Product features
The product is available in key colors such as black and shiny, coffee , fruit green, grass green, sky blue, red, and golden yellow. Custom colors can be developed according to client requirements.
