This product is a kind of adhesive, in the form of white or light yellow powder. When applied to fertilizer granulation by internal addition, it can increase the balling rate by about 30%, improve the granulation speed, reduce production costs, and increase fertilizer output.
Application
This product is suitable for granulation methods such as drum, roller, and disc. The addition method is simple and easy to operate, just mix it with fertilizer raw materials. The recommended addition amount is 1.5kg - 2.5kg/T.
Product features
This product uses activated colloidal fibers as a carrier and is fully activated in combination with water-soluble colloid. It is specially designed to solve the problem of difficult granulation in fertilizer production. After adding this product, the balling rate can be increased, and the granulation speed of the fertilizer can be improved. After addition, the fertilizer has good dispersibility, is non-toxic, harmless, and degradable, resulting in a high finished product rate, high particle strength, uniform, plump, and round particles, and good color. It can replace bentonite (clay), increase fertilizer production, reduce production costs, and reduce environmental pollution.
